But they don't need to now...$1.2B cash and pay up $600M if ratings downgraded...that leaves $600M cash. Calpine was the worst and I couldn't believe it didn't go down in history.

After this fiasco, energy traders will probably be the cleanest of all companies. They're going through everything with a fined toothcomb. I can't wait for them to turn spotlight on techs and see how they cook the books like CRISCO and IBM for instance...can't wait...
