Mike,
Yes, the purchases were in April ($30.5m according to Merrill Lynch) and I guess the remaining $2m in early May. The reported quarter was, of course, Jan - March, so March cash position was unaffected.

On a more important note, I wonder what to make of the executives leaving. The next 6 months or so will be very telling IMO.
