It's acting a lot stronger than I expected... especially the close in comparison to yesterdays high. Indicates it's quite stronger today than the NDX. Same with MSFT and CSCO. Maybe better to err on the side of large caps than smaller ones while long. When it flips back to the short side then the smaller ones will likely decline faster.
