so what's the point? How about the USS Simpson. Did you know that it was the ship that was supposed to be bombed rather than the USS Cole? Wonder how long that was known before the USS Cole was bombed, yet the cliton administration had cut military budgets so much and was looking to suck up to the middle east so much that the Cole went into the harbor basically unprotected to refuel. Now, do we put clinton on trial for the deaths of those sailors on the USS Cole?
