Stockman Scott:-Charles Schwab is a Dyslexic like I was as a youth to some extent and to an even smaller extent I still do a few things to remind me of that period..Anyway the move to tie compensation to performance is not new but got buried along the line.Management options should be ONLY performance based-ONLY!!!!!!!!!MSD has become the poster boy for excessive CEO payouts "by option/excess" --the not tied to performance variety of option!.Maybe someday -maybe things are changing--and people/managements will come to realize that putting the stockholders first and the managemnet second pays off-(i.e WMT).PS:I do not own a single share of DELL at the moment-sickened by their greed!They all sold out totally between 55 and 27!'The salacious use of inside information at it's most blatant"!--SEC where are you?
