Since everyone in the electronics biz uses degrees C, it is rather confusing if someone injects degrees F. Suggest you get used to the celsius scale, at least when talking electronic components.

wbmw, If it is a problem, then they will qualify all parts for the worst temp regime. Any parts that does not meet will not be used.
More facts needed from a celphone designer, IMO.
