Morgan Stanley Co.
Raising our estimates again, after the company's strong April quarter results. We now expect INTU to earn $1.17 per share in 2002, as the company is running a all-time high operating margins. Reiterate Overweight rating.

JP Morgan Chase & Co.
Raising estimates and price target to $57 per share. We now expect the company to earn $1.22 in fiscal 2002, as consumer tax and Quicken loans momentum should continue through next year. Reiterate Buy rating.

Prudential Securities
Raising estimates and price target to $58 per share. We now expect the company to earn $1.42 in fiscal 2003, as the Quickbooks product line should drive growth among small business customers. Reiterate Buy rating.
