now that the bearflags are 2x the size, they may be ready to break again

if they don't break, good chance of a reversal or rally as this 1300-1305 area is really holding strong so far.

NQs about to lose the 200 MA on the 60 minute at 1305 if they do, that's what caused the earlier slam

anyone who watches the NDX, possible a-b-c forming if this "C" does not fail here. (15 min chart)
