Whoops, Tim, I meant to say that you NEVER accepted Ted's strawman definition of "terrorism."

Too late for me to edit, though.

Get real. He accepted your strawman definition of "terrorism".

No, I didn't do that either.

Tim, I disagree. Please see the below link to one of your posts. In the last paragraph, you said:

"Actually I suspect a few of the colonists did do things that would qualify as terrorists acts, but none of them were as bad as the PLO, Hamas et al and the acts were not the official policy pushed by Washington or by the by the Continental Congree. They were isolated acts, not a planned campaign of terror."

First off, there was no Washington......I think the capital at the time, if you want to call it that, was in Philadelphia.

Secondly, there was no real army.....the war that was fought was very much like the one fought in Vietman except the colonists were the Vietnamese and the Brits were the US....[man, how things change in two hundred years]....so that there was a lot of ambushing and use of the terrain to make life miserable for the Brits. Many of them acted in isolation and it was a planned campaign of terror.....believe it.

Thirdly, you did accuse at least some of the colonists of committing terrorist acts........although you said they were not as bad as the terrorist acts today. I could disagree but why push it.
