The United States is not occupying territory recognized by the world as occupied.

Bring it to a vote in the General Assembly and we might be. An example involving Puerto Rico:

DRAFT RESOLUTION INTRODUCED IN DECOLONIZATION COMMITTEE CALLING ON UNITED STATES TO EXPEDITE SELF-DETERMINATION PROCESS FOR PUERTO RICO

And some American Indians are seeking UN representation:

Making a Name for Ourselves: The United Nations Draft Statement on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples
Dr. Charles A. Gourd
7 Tulsa J. Comp. & Int'l L. 121
This article is focused on the American Indians' grievances with the American government. It clarifies the problems that American Indians face as a result of past agreements that the various tribes have signed with the American government. The author suggests solutions to the problems, such as moving Indian Affairs from the Department of the Interior to the Department of State, and giving Indians representation by ambassadors in international law.

Perhaps there will someday be a UN resolution condemning your own colonial settlement on stolen land.
