Answer: It's all bad.

The only solution is to open up the books on these offshore accounts, and follow the money back into US politics.
That should be the price they pay to have them.
"You can have offshore accounts, but you must disclose the ownership, or be taxed on imputed profits."

Or, let ordinary Americans have them, and treat everyone equally...

I am politics-blind on this issue. If Clinton or GX or Loral advocated or participated in shady off-shore tax deals, then shame on them too.

However, the point here is that House Republicans are stonewalling on the issue of reining in some of the nefarious practices (e.g. Stanley Works) associated with off-shore tax havens.

Shame on them for doing so.
