It's more clear than ever that the rightfully elected President Gore should be leading the country. fas.org; The report you linked to is dated February 1997, 55 months before 9/11/2001. It makes numerous recommendations for improving airline and airport and border security. President Clinton and VP Gore were in office for 46 1/2 of those 55 months and implemented hardly any of the recommendations. Even if Bush had started trying to implement them on 1/20/2001 a lot of them would not have been in place by 9/11. So based on that report, Gore should be leading the country?
