Wrong as usual, Flappy. US citizens, residents and corporations are subject to tax on their worldwide income. That is the basic black-letter rule of the tax code. There are some exceptions but they are narrow, limited and of no value to a company competing with foreign companies who are not so taxed. Take a look at the tool and product market Stanley competes in and note that essentially everyone else is foreign based where worldwide income is not taxed. Ditto for power tools ala Black and Decker. You just don't want to face the realities of life in a free world.

I simply believe that anyone or any organization that wants to leave the US should be free to do so.
