Sorry to hear you had to go through hell to get where you are, but surely happy to hear you are where you want and need to be....Your smoothies sounds delicious... I have a friend I met many years ago, originally from Boston, who was overweight, unhealthy in body and spirit. He moved to Hawaii and became involved with a group of vegetarians and fruitarians. He came to visit me on a visit to his parents on the mainland and I did not recognize him when he first walked up to me...He was tan, slim and had an aura. len
