So you are calling me a liar. Usually that happens when I claim to know something rather than when I admit I don't. If that is the best you can do in the face of my laying out how to attack a shell HQ to the benefit of the fisc. then I pity you and the donkey you rode in on. I would not advise a company that wanted to leave the US to have a paper HQ. That is just a stupid way to go about it. My schemes are much more clever and well-constructed than that. A paper HQ is bush league.
