Dear M., Thanks for the amusingly naive look into what it takes to found a Bermu-dodge corporape-tion. You mistakenly thought that it had something to do with cyberspace, Xerography and jet travel. Nothing could be further from the the truth. The real productivity occurred in the dead of night, without discussion in the bowels of the US Congress, when laws were surreptitiously passed without debate in order to facilitate capital flight for those who were sponsoring the legislation with generous dollops of perquisites and payola for the malodorous, maladroit and malevolent malefactors of mutinous "law".
