Of the seven stocks that Merrill is undercharges regards conflict of interest, Merrill clients alone lost 4 billion dollars and it appears that Spitzer is seeking FULL re-imbursement to these clients. NYT on how the myth that this Bubble was victimless is being shattered regards regular investors, they further state , as the damage from this Bubble unwinds, one will begin to see more clearly the damage it did to the American Economy.It points to the fact that the Bubble caused a massive redeployment of capital and people to fundamentally unproductive activities from fundamentally productive activities.
