Well...the only good thing is that he IS in the administration and they are only still in office because of his wisdom.
He is a loyal fellow, and even after being totally hung out to dry by Bush during the China airline fiasco.
He at least has a level head and a global outlook that provides the wisdom that all the other in there lack.
