Something not mentioned here was the answer to the last Q by Alan Gould of JP with regard to Thomson deal and suit. Henry said that everything is now frozen pending the definative agreement and upon its completion everything will be dismissed.

Stew, next time on SI pass along to Mike B. as he commented:

It's about Gemstar but I probably should do this in a PM. Here's a name (make that two) from years back that you should remember ... back when I thought SI meant Sports Illustrated :)
