When you look at the big picture... the ratio of total Bull/Bear Funds we are just coming off the lows. SPX TITAN, in and of itself, is not Bullish. But when combined with the whole picture... it is a different story. MM TA still overbought and we have had a decent 4 day run... from these levels: 5/7/2002 5/16/2002 DOW 9,836 DOW 10,289 SPX 1,049 SPX 1,098 COMP 1,574 COMP 1,730 Pendulam swings back now.
