From this chart, looking at the green line, it looks like we will repeat the 1997 trend more so than 1999 quick slope.

So as others have said, 2005 - 2006 next top. Possibly another 5 times gains in three - four years.

Nice job on the new chart, but... <g>

One must be careful in interpreting charts of monthly close in the short term because of the aliasing problem. I wonder if plotting average price for the month would solve this problem?
