I see it quite differently. There is a lot of real pain and suffering going on in our world every day. I have not seen anything on this electronic message board that would could cause a reasonable adult person to suffer and feel pain. If there is such a person, they have a quick and totally effective way to stop their pain and suffering -- just by turning off their computer. Unfortunately, very few other victims of pain and suffering in the world have available such an easy remedy. If I wish to expend my time and energy in alleviating suffering, I would choose to focus it on these victims.
