It is a "blame" for Flap and his cell because the party bosses want it to be.

While we have young soldiers fighting for survival and an administration trying to manage a WAR and a very static geopolitical dynamic....

While this is going on... The democrats need to manufacture an issue for the cheapist political reason - the fall elections.

This one will backfire.
