I see you've completely dodged the question related to China. The question isn't any foreign soil. The question is specifically pointed to China. Do you believe we've flown an EP-3E over Chinese airspace or not rich? It's a simple question. So either answer the question asked, or ignore the entire subject and I'll let you squimmer off to a different one. Original richie statement res-He at first threatened to blow China to ah er China, then backed off a begged for them to give our plane back and it's crew. His temper tantrum ended and he begged the Chinese to work with us, it was the right thing to do, since we had no business flying spy flight over their country.
