You regularly make fun of the threat warnings that Homeland Security puts out. What was known before 9/11 was no more than what is known when the HS warnings are made. Generally, nothing comes from them.

The reality is you're a bunch of back stabbing, lying, gutless traitors who hate your President more than Osama Bin Laden. The "Bush knew" allegations prove it. They are way beyond the speculation that Clinton's Somalia withdrawal, his forcing the Toricelli doctrine down the CIA's throat, and his failure to act in Sudan increased the likelihood of an attack by OBL. No one insinuated Clinton "knew". Punk.
