is another RRI? been mentioned here I believe along with the REI now that one RRI does look to be base forming .... may take entry near close (for several days hold) if the gains on it hold up today CMS is MI energy company ... bills us right along with Dte Energy CMS company not going anywhere, they are in MI here to stay ... but would make a good long (many years) hold like the DTE both are good investments for dividend re-inveastments as solid companys CMS did some (unethical round trips) that's why it is being punished
