BIA, it is so obvious that Clinton did what Bush failed to do...Clinton protected us against foreign attack. To blame him because Bush failed to act responsibly as our commander in chief is ludicrous.

Before taking office, Bush had no clue about foreign affairs except he knew Arabs in the Middle East were somehow responsible for helping his family get rich. As President, he had a lot on hisplate, it's not easy to address all the issues that face this nation, especially when riding the north 1600 looking for tumbleweeds. However, national security should have taken precedence over his need to take a month off from the rigors of playing president.
