I agree with your assessment on volatility. The foreign bond funds FCO, TGG and FAX are currently going up in price. My thoughts are these funds are being bought by US investors. The dollar dropping tells me that foreigners are taking US dollars out of the markets and today it looks like treasuries are being sold and converted to other currencies. I suppose the purchasing of foreign funds does transfer some US dollars, but holy cow can this cause the drop we have seen in the US dollar. Could be there is a lack of bids for the commodity. <ggg>
