Bush's priority in Aug 2001 was for counting flowers on the wall. He needed the practice so he could count how many billions of dollars he was going to add to the National debt. He was also trying to make Texans forget that he is really from Connecticut. IMO, he has an approach in personal relationships that's wholly manipulative in it's intent. He looked into Putin's soul...[har, har, har]; he gives Tony Blair a greeting of 'Hey, landslide'; or he'll slap Bob Woodward on the back, call him 'Woody' and then give Woody a dump of some classified stuff to make Woody feel special. It's an interpersonal gimic that works amazing well. jttmab
