I just voted all 35K of my street shares AGAINST all company proposals. Okay, I'm an angry shareholder so what does anyone expect? I have been civil on this board and have supported management through the last 5 years. I have even touched swords with Dean and other members and lurkers who have posted here or emailed in doing so. But I need a carrot at some point to continue doing so and haven't got zilch--not even a drop of salad oil. I may have voted in favor of some if... A. The stock price had remained above .05 (my puke level) or B. La Plata was spared another 6 month until the gold bull market could move the POG to a point where it could be partnered. (Not entirely against the idea of swapping La Plata for another metals situation but nothing of the kind is present on the proxy. Neither of the above factors was present. When my Cert proxies come in I'll vote those the same. Some points: 3 million shares issuable for the company--what's that all about? Change company's name--only if I know what to beforehand. Sell La Plata--to get what in place of it?
