VNWC, temporarily VNWCE, together with Moneyline Telerate's new ownership and the B2B Video Network merger, is virtually a new company, and a much larger one.

I think once the perceptional shakeout inherent from the new owners getting cheap shares fades, the new company will be news-driven from two fronts: videoconferencing and video security. And the very recent agreement with Lockheed-Martin surely has to help. One thing the company has lacked is solid public relations--with the new ownership (Moneyline insisted on control of the board of directors) I think the public persona of VNWC will change markedly.

I've been invested with this company since late August and recommend that folks keep a close eye to it. I think good things could come soon.
