Roebear,

I'm still at 16% cash, so not betting the farm on immediate liftoff. I try to position myself for profit or at least loss avoidance in either case. Easier said than done. <g>

Best,

vt

Roebear, I went back in with half my cash over last two days. Mostly silver and gold laggards. Seemed worth the risk. If I'm right, rest later.

Still have considerable shorts out in gen market as well, and I think the probability rapidly improving that we are finally near the point where some real pain in gen markets begins. It needs a good broad based wash out, real bad.

Would be good for folks to prepare a list of future buys, some might be coming up. I for one could use a little more diversification.

If iso keeps harping on them gassers long enough, who knows, maybe a play will be to rotate some PM's over to some gassers, over the course of next month.

COTs show........

Commercials reduced their net short position via increasing their # of long contracts a great deal more than their shorts. Specs also reduced their huge net long position with some fairly significant liquidation.

cftc.gov

Add this to the rise in lease rates and looks like the ducks are again lining up for the bulls.<g> What do you think about a gold ramp on Monday?

Cheers,

Isopatch

vt and all,
I'd say the potential H&S on the 60 minute and the divergent indicators that I thought could be showing on Friday afternoon are HISTORY, so much for that contrarian view as far as my st account is concerned (it's standing on the train platform, eating diesel smoke), though the LT account is quite happy, ggg.

Rather nice to see the PM's doing the parabolic, quite a run today.

Congratulations all,

Roebear
