Bush has rejected Congressional demands for increased funding to strengthen security at nuclear power plants, and doesn't include the requested monies in his budget... despite the dismal security track records of the plants, as documented by the NRC itself. You bet someone will be held responsible if we loose the 'economic use of an area the size of Penn.' (a direct quote taken from the government's report on security at the plants). No one could say this one wasn't imagined (even if it wasn't a Tom Clancy plot line, as suicide aircraft bombers were....)
