No, it certainly depends on what he has to say, about which I am curious. However, at this moment, I do not think that the state of the case has substantially changed. Poet suffered. I never denied she did. CH behaved badly. I never denied that, either. It has always been a matter of degree. Of course, the idea that I had that Poet might have over- reacted is strengthened by knowledge of her vulnerability, but I do not consider that conclusive.........

I was shocked -- absolutely shocked--to read you writing "I have a great idea for what you should do with it! First roll it up tightly, and then get back to me for further instructions! " That is perhaps one of the 10 most suggestively vulgar posts made this year.

Actually, I wasn't shocked. But I was quite interested to make note of it.

And of Laz posting to a known jew that he would support Adolf Hitler if they had gone to the same college.

I choose to be amused rather than insulted that people who post such things should have the chutzpah to try to hector me on posting etiquette and responsible commentary.

I suppose that just shows that it really does take one to know one.
