Yes, I would think it is. Here are charts of the DJIA and DJT which are both very positive (Transports confirming the movement in the Industrials, which is classical Dow theory):

Meanwhile, here's a chart of USD which is very weak:

But XAU is steady as she goes:

So it looks like there will be some more inflation in the US and also that it's only a matter of time before POG breaks $312 on its way up the hill.
