Hello Joan, Our property taxes our up 11% this year and that is after a huge jump last year. Our general business insurance has increased 300% in the last two years. Our health coverage for key employees is up over 30% in the last two years and that is after reducing the coverage. We once were able to run at about a 32 to 34 percent food cost. We now have to hit 29 to 30% to keep profits from falling. The only bright spot is it seems most of the restaurants in this area have also decided it is time to make the move.
