"I was talking to the person who bought our business and we invented a vehicle to communicate to the customers what is causing her to increase her prices."

I'd be interested in hearing about that vehicle and how it is going over with the customers.

"Do you have any idea how far you can increase prices before people start cooking at home?"

Not sure Joan but once you start hearing phrases like "Oh My God" or "J***s Ch**st" as a first reactions when customers open the menu you know your getting real close <GG>. Seriously it is quite a problem for us. The town were located in has a population of about 3000 people. The county were located in has a population of about 16,000. We do about $1,000,000 in sales a year but about 75% of that come from out of the area. Lots of tourism. Our prices are no problem for the tourist but with the average wage around here somewhere around $10 an hour the locals with a family of four can't really afford to many nights out.
