pezz, I don't subscribe to your "blame the victim" predatory attitude. In fact, many of the Yahooligans are losing money because of the machinations and maneuvers of the MMs. That's how they see their role in the game, taking advantage of the sucker, looking for the grey areas of ethical behavior, lobbying Washington so that the realm of what is now legal includes a lot of basically unfair, unethical and what used to be considered immoral practices. Re: What percent of corporate America do you see as overpaid self servin, cheatin, bastids? That's far too vague a category, corporate America. Let's instead limit it to investment banks in toto, and executives, accountants and corporate lawyers in the "growth" industries like telecom, bio-tech, computers, etc. and the percentage certainly approaches 100%. As they say, in American business, the scum also rises. <g> I have a lower opinion of America's corporate leadership than at any time in my 50 years of life and 30 of observation of the phenomenon of the destruction of integrity in this nation's commercial culture. I'm certain not alone in this observation. Ron Chernow, in "The House of Morgan" makes perfectly clear that the gentlemen's agreements and concern for customers has been lost in investment banking. Replaced by a crocodilian and carnivorous crassness that sees any relationship as an opportunity to exploit others. -Ray
