Agreed, but trading can be more profitable if done right. There can be some sharp pullbacks, even in a bull market, and the gold market can be especially volatile. Furthermore, a bull market will help smooth over trading mistakes. Yes, the bull market in gold seems alive and well. I am looking for a two-day close of POG above 312 and NEM above 30 to be short-term bullish, but I definitely remain long-term and intermediate-term bullish.

Regarding AMAT, I shorted it last week at 26.78. A little early, but I don't think it will break 28. What is your target? A retest of the September low would be nice, but I may close out if it gets around 22. 24 - 25 is the minimum downside I see.
