So stupid, of course, any device that is implanted is a "medical device" even if it does not have any medical purpose, it must be proven to be "Effective and safe", if their are "medical labels (like "good to store health status data) it must be proven effective, but in any event it must be proven safe. I mentioned that the big hazard in buying into this company in post #reply-17455090. I don't know who pumped this one, I only know that a number of thread readers went in it. I was asked in PM's about it (when it was pumped well above $1) and my response was sell half and the rest, use a good stop loss. I wonder if the pumper, whomever it is, is going to disclose to the thread the arrangements he had with the company for that pump.
