They were indifferent to the serious threats raised by Senator Feinstein. They were too busy with politics to be bothered by the threats.

flapjack, According to documented FBI reports, warnings were issued about the possibility of hijackings, and terrorists attacks, in 1996. The White House was made aware of this possibility, but nothing happened. Let's see...who was President in 96???

I don't condone the misuse of, or disregard for, any pertinent information regarding national security, regardless of which individual, or party, is in the White House, and the fact is, that both sides have received warnings that such attacks are possible, but the information is so vague it is most difficult to take any, sensible, counter measures.

What's done is done and cannot be undone so, let's try to stand together to defeat a common enemy.
