Our military is out of control. When one does a "cui bono?" analysis of the events leading up to 9/11, its clear that the biggest winners of the day were the brasshats. Their budgets are up $100 Billion since the awful days of restraint imposed during Bill Clinton's Reign of Terror of War Rackets budgets.
