The reason Sen. Feinstein responded like she did is that Ari Fleishmouth tried to use her as a prop in Bush's defense. It didn't work. I agree. Each side blaming the other is counter-productive. What is needed is a fair and open congressional inquiry as to what went wrong and why, with particular emphasis on the way that intelligence information gathered by FBI, CIA, State Department et al. is processed and understood. I'm tired of all this government secrecy. Time to get some of these topics out in the open.
