There is even a Broadway musical devoted to the Enronization of our water supplies which I referred to here: Message 17486181 And as you might be aware, Boone Pickens, the greenmailer, is proposing to lift the groundwater out of an aquifer in north Texas and sell it to Dallas/FW or San Antonio in a "free market" delivery scheme that's perfectly susceptible to the kind of market manipulation that destroyed the California electricity market last year.
