Hi Maurice, :0) I do not know the facts but suspect the following: (a) There are a lot more Chen, Chan, Tan and Tang (some southern Chinese pronounce 'Chen' Tan, as in idol Kelly Tan is actually Chen in Chinese charaters) than there are Patel. Not all Tan and Tang are Chen or Chan, but Patel is a Patel:0) (b) I suspect Chen/Chan/Tan/Tang mostly break laws against governmental laws designed to rob or to keep out. Patel's specialization is not clear to me; (c) Thus the Chen/Chan/Tan/Tang are international criminals of a higher standard. What on earth or in the ocean is a Winn:0? Chugs, Jay
