Who let the lawyers in? Well, it looks like any pop from
Adelphia selling a system to one of CCUR's customers, went
out the window. At least in the short term.
Adelphia wanted bidders to sign an agreement not to bid
for the whole company if they took the LA or South Florida
system. And the bidders refused.
I don't see how Adelphia can stay out of Chapter 11.

I was expecting Diva to post a 10Q by 5/15 and I don't
see any sign of it. I thought they were required to file
because of the bonds.
