gereard, Are you nuts?!?! You seem to be saying that other Presidents knew about the dangers of hijacking, and terrorist attacks, but the militant Muslims waited until Bush was elected before they attacked. Logic would cause them to attack against an administration that had a President that was anti-military. That is NOT Bush!! The main memo, which came out of an FBI office in Arizona, was never delivered to Bush's desk, according to UPI. The responsibility lies more with an FBI organization that had been decimated by former Presidents. Even the warnings that Bush did receive, were too vague to act upon. Without some knowledge of where, and when, an incident will take place, there is no way to take counter measures against any threat.
