Each time it's been ready to completely crack, it's been mysteriously saved from the cliff premarket...and then ramped over tough resistance. It's no wonder these "rallies" all fail, those resistance levels need to be broken honestly - with a build up of short term support on the way, and a big build up of it right below that tough resistance. These 5 or 6 islands on the NDX 60 minute charts since January have ALL failed so far, and all have led to lower lows and another leg down. This chart is a few weeks old and does not include this recent Island completely, but you can see what I mean about the lower lows. mywebpages.comcast.net Not healthy intervention at all IMO, and that's why have never gotten true capitulation and the wash out type move that leaves a vacuum for a swift, sustainable move to the upside!
