Perhaps, but I don't think so, Ish. He seeks to help his 'sheep' (clients) like me evade the taxes that you brag about. As much as possible for a small business owner. Most of his clientele are small retailers and service providers. Owners. None farmers-on-the-dole, for example. bia

Look how easy it is, Ish...a simple Google search... ...just now off the simple query, "off-shore incorporation" produced the usual 100K or more results... many from 'Net advertisers from the likes of banks(?), PO Box peddlers, etc... in Panama, Bermuda and Barbados who would, I'm sure, be delighted to serve the vast small business market segment of America (including Canada, obviously, as 'America'' is a misnomer and an obnoxious one for the provincial USA) ...
