I do not think so!! Cost of energy today is a key factor in developing the world and most countries that will benefit from cheap energy prices are the poorest and they are in Africa, Central America and parts of Europe and Asia. To life in the 21st century cost of energy is like a tax or ransom who goes to the benefit of very few.
